Order/Payment Information: All orders require a non-refundable deposit to confirm your booking. 3% service fee applies to all card transactions. If a delivery option has been agreed upon, full payment is due no later than 2 weeks before the scheduled order date. Cancellations made 7 or more days prior to the scheduled pickup or delivery date may receive a store credit, issued at our discretion. Store credit expires 12 months from issue date. Cancellations made within 7 days of the event are non-refundable, as your order has already been scheduled, prepared, or produced.
Color Representation Varies: Colors can appear differently depending on lighting, digital screens, icing & varying edible materials. For example fondant, buttercream, and edible prints each absorb or reflect colors uniquely. We strive to get as close as possible to your desired shade. If an exact match isn’t possible, we’ll use our artistic judgment to ensure the final design is cohesive and visually beautiful.
Allergy Notice: While we offer nut-free and gluten-free options, our facility is not an allergen-free environment. We do our best not to cross-contaminate, however cannot make any guarantees. We are not responsible for allergic reactions, and we do not issue refunds for allergy-related concerns.
Missed Pickups: Orders not picked up on the scheduled date are non-refundable. We do not offer replacements or store credit for no-shows.
